Happy 40th Anniversary, Mom & Dad! 40 YEARS - that just absolutely amazes and impresses me. I think about approaching my own 2 year wedding anniversary and how that seems so long (in a good way) and I am beyond excited to see what God has in store for us in the next 38 years. I feel so blessed to have you as my parents to learn from, be encouraged by and most importantly - loved unconditionally. And I know the conditions haven't always been easy. *smile. I think about all you two have been through in your years as husband and wife, and it's evident that God has both blessed and strengthened you as individuals and a couple. You have always taught us kids to keep Him at the center of our lives and you have led by example.

In addition to celebrating a majorly memorable anniversary, dad is basking in the blissfulness of turning 62! (I'm guessing he may not agree with me on that one.) What a day! Happy birthday to my favorite dad!
