Gwendolyn went to Gavin's house to play for a few hours so we could go to a movie. Love having friends willing to "swap" babies!
On my 29th birthday.
"Helping" Uncle Scott and Aunt Nikki move into their new house.
We stopped by Celeste and Adrian's house on our way home from Des Moines for Amanda and Chris' wedding.
While in Des Moines we got to catch up with the Keller family. Their kids Isaiah and Scarlett are adorable!
After 10:30 pm and wide awake and happy as can be.
Wonder why she was wound up....
Mimi and Papa came to visit over Labor Day weekend too.
And Gwen got to meet Great Aunt Val who came all the way from California.
There was an incredible double rainbow outside of our place. Gwendolyn was thrilled!

Tom surprised me for my birthday and took a Friday off so we could go to an apple orchard. I love fall!
Seconds after the previous picture was taken, she fell asleep sitting up.
She'll be juuuuust fine...(see below while daddy was singing some bedtime songs - in this particular case it was "the driver on the bus says move on back, move on back, move on back.")
...and then throw a fit if she sees me. I think somebody loves her mama! (Or is hungry and ready for bed *smile.)
I can't believe it's the middle of October already! Where does the time go?! We've been busy busy and trying to stay afloat - or at least it feels like that. I'm thankful for work to do and strength to do it.
